Crystal Braddock

Operations Manager

Crystal has worked in physical therapy since 2008. She has served as a PT Aide, Front Desk Coordinator, Medical Billing & Coding Specialist, and Office Manager.  She became a Certified Professional Coder in 2016 and while has had the luxury of working in other medical specialties, she says her heart is truly in physical therapy. Crystal says, “I enjoy every facet of the practice and look forward to learning something new everyday. I love getting to know our amazing patients and watching the progress during their recovery. The before and after always amazes me!” Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending her free time with family and friends at the beach, playing the violin and watercolor painting. She also looks forward to kayaking and hiking during good weather…and is always up for new adventures! Fun fact about Crystal: she was first hired here in 2014 to help  start our in-house medical billing department after it had been outsourced for years.
